Senior Account Executive

Location: New York, NY or Remote

We are looking for a driven, focused, and high-impact Senior Account Executive with a proven track record of success, knowledge, and experience in the data analytics and enterprise software technology field. The Senior Account Executive’s responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline, closing deals in pursuit of revenue targets, identifying new sales opportunities through networking initiatives and customer referrals, and generally executing our go-to-market strategy for predictive analytics. Successful candidates will have a strong track in complex enterprise software sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Head of Sales and Industry Directors to ensure that sales objectives are achieved
  • Developing strong relationships with new customers, primarily  senior executive-level decision-makers in order to accelerate the sales cycle and close deals efficiently
  • Developing a sales pipeline, including new leads, leveraging a variety of tactics and tools
  • Establishing WQP as a trusted and preferred predictive analytics provider for target accounts
  • Developing and implementing effective account plans to grow and retain customer relationships
  • Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs
  • Collecting customer feedback to inform product development direction
  • Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations
  • Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven track record of enterprise software and services sales success
  • 7+ Years of proven experience working as a Senior Account Executive
  • Negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external teams
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and/or G Suite applications
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (SFDC)
